On-site repair: A portable crankshaft grinding and polishing unit is set up directly around the crank journal or link pin, so the crankshaft doesn’t need to be removed.
Precise grinding and polishing: Tiny amounts of material are carefully removed to restore the crankshaft’s shape, then polished to a smooth finish meeting OEM tolerances of 10–25 µm and surface quality standards.
Final quality checks: Tools like micrometers, vibration analysis, and MPI are used to make sure the journals are perfectly balanced and free of defects.
